밤새 비행기를 타고 인천에 도착!

캄보디아에서 인천으로 오는 비행기에서도 복음을 전하는 것을 멈추지않는 팀원들..!

After an overnight flight, we arrived in Incheon!

The team didn’t stop sharing the gospel—even on the flight from Cambodia to Incheon!

오늘은 인천에 있는 내리교회에 갑니다. 

아펜젤러선교사님이 세우신 내리교회는 최초 감리교교회 중 하나입니다.

정동교회는 조금 더 상류층을 위한 최초 감리교 교회였다면, 하늘내리교회는 서민을 위한 감리교 교회였습니다.

Today, we visited Naeri Church in Incheon.

Founded by missionary Appenzeller, it is one of the first Methodist churches in Korea.

While Jeongdong Church served more of the upper class, Naeri Church was established for ordinary people.

근처 한국기독교100주년기념탑에도 방문하여 100여년 전 선교사님들이 한국땅에 왔을대 어떤 마음으로 오셨을지에 대해 묵상할 수 있었습니다.

We also visited the Korean Christian Centennial Memorial Tower nearby, reflecting on the hearts of the missionaries who came to Korea over 100 years ago.

이번 캄보디아 단기선교에서 처음으로 방문했던 양화진, 그리고 돌아와서 방문한 내리교회와 기독교100주년기념탑.

한국에서 복음이 처음 시작된 자리와 우리에게 복음을 들고 온 선교사님들의 마음을 깊이 생각하는 것이 선교의 시작과 끝이 되니 

캄보디아에서 우리가 전한 그 사랑도 하나님이 허투루 쓰시지 않으시겠구나. 모든 것이 하나님의 계획안에 있음을 더욱 확신으로 고백할 수 있었습니다.

한국이나 캄보디아나, 100여년 전이나 지금이나 우리를 향한 하나님의 깊은 사랑은 동일하심을. 마치 한국 초기선교사님들과 연결되어진 기분이었습니다. 

During this mission, we first visited Yanghwajin, and after returning, Naeri Church and the Centennial Memorial Tower.

Reflecting on the beginnings of the gospel in Korea and the hearts of the missionaries who brought it to us became both the beginning and the end of this mission.

It gave us confidence that the love we shared in Cambodia will not be in vain, but is all within God’s plan.

Whether in Korea or Cambodia, whether 100 years ago or now, God’s deep love for us remains the same.

It felt as though we were connected to the early missionaries of Korea.

이제 다시 미국으로 돌아갈 시간. 

무사히 미국에 도착해서 집으로 돌아갑니다.

Now it is time to return to the United States.

We arrived safely and made our way home.

시간이 어떻게 지나갔는지도 모를만큼, 항상 오늘이 무슨요일인지 몇일인지 그 감각도 없이 하루하루를 하나님과 동행했던 캄보디아 선교였습니다.

시간도 공간도 모두 초월한 그 분을 따라 항상 예배하고 찬양하는 천국이 바로 이런 것일까요?

Time passed so quickly that we often lost track of the days, walking with God each day in Cambodia.

Is this what heaven is like—constantly worshiping and praising the One who transcends time and space?

하나님이 캄보디아 땅을 얼마나 사랑하시는지 보여주셨고, 그 곳에 부족한 우리를 초대하시고 친히 들어 사용하여 그 영광을 보여주심에 감사합니다.

God showed us how much He loves Cambodia, inviting even us—who are insufficient—and using us to reveal His glory.
